In this Video, we make a prototype of toy JCB remote Drive by TV remote so, first of all, we make JCB Compatible to our Circuit which makes us for receiving IR signal of TV remote and also runs JCB’s Motor according to remote’s signal.

Construction of TV Remote robot body

You need first one toy JCB, and also you get One Remote control JCB price is almost around 300 to 400/- Rs

For the making of the robot body, we need one Toy JCB, and you also use anybody of a toy which contains two DC Motor in it. Then after removing all wire connection from both motors and connect two wire connector to both engines. And cover the body of the toy now our Structure of the robot is ready to communicate with drive circuit now it’s time to make a PCB for TV Remote signal receiver and driver for a motor.

Make IR Signal receiver and also Motor Driver Circuit

Now Answer for Question

  1. How can Wireless communication work?

    • In Wireless Communication IR Remote transmit some asynchronous data threw IR LED, and TSOP Sensor Receive that signal and also process that signal for operation.
  2. How to Transmit Wireless Data?

    • Our Remote send Binary Data over 38 kHz modulating Frequency and generate an electric signal, and that electrical signal applies to IR LED and IR LED Glow and off according to the signal which is not visible by the human eye but mobile camera watch that signal.
  3. What is Wireless communication Protocol?
    • In our daily life we use some language for communicating like English, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, etc. same like that Electronics device also use their word that is called Communication protocol same like our Grammer, in short, that is called set of rules for communication. There are many communication protocols like USB, RC5, RC6, SPI, UART, I2C, PS2, etc. and here we use RC5 Protocol use for communicating with TV Remote that uses asynchronous 16-bit wireless protocol.
  4. How do Wireless Data receive?

    • Our TV Remote send data over 35 kHz Frequency and TSOP Sensor also design for Receive 38 kHz Signal Which is same line FM and Decode in an original signal
  5. Distinguish Between Signal from various TV remote?

    • TV Remote send some information in that transmitting signal that starts bit, toggle bit, Device Address and Command. So address of rendering match with receiver than only receive data and command otherwise it discards that data All the TV Model have their model protocol and Device address that’s why they don’t miscommunicate.
  6. how to operate JCB?

    • We set a different value of motor terminal on a mixed signal that’s why all motor is run according to our coding if you want to change the sequence of the message you change in code and it done So you don’t Need JCB Driving training to operate this JCB
